Well, I'd really like to show you all pictures from my Toronto trip, but my ISP declines to offer any support for their "personal web space service". Gah. I am incredibly annoyed. It's not like I'm an idiot who can't figure out how to use an FTP program (I've been quite capable of uploading stuff before now, when I've had a functional (university) ISP) ... but neither am I the most tech-savvy person in the world, and when the settings they give me don't work, I quickly run out of ideas. What good is the web space I'm paying for (although they're spinning it as just a "free bonus" with my internet connection) when I can't even access it?

Oh, and this is just lovely. They have the gall to send me a little "Internet tips" e-mail because I tried to get help from their misnamed customer "service". I am thoroughly unimpressed.

Grump grump grumble.
