Encouraging News for Canadian File-Sharers

Actually, this isn't really news, but I've noticed lately that a surprising number of Canadians aren't even aware of the copyright levy, so I thought I'd share.

Note particularly that "A ruling by the Copyright Board in December . . . specifically said that the downloading of music files is permitted under Canadian copyright laws."
