denying it. Classy guy.
There is so much wrong with this, I don't even know where to start. What
does it say about someone, that that's their off-the-cuff reaction?
Please, Peter, tell us what you really think.
The "she broke my heart" excuse only takes you so far. When you're a
grownup with an important job, it is incumbent upon you to behave like a
professional. Stronach had nothing to do with the conversation at hand
-- she wasn't even there. It was a nasty, vindictive, and completely
un-called-for thing to say. I want to rant on and on, but I keep getting
reduced to spluttering. So let's sum it up with: this is not
I'm also pretty annoyed that the related story includes a classy paragraph:
Ms. Stronach's love life was back in the news again recently when she
was identified as "the other woman" in a divorce action against former
Toronto Maple Leafs player Tie Domi.
I'm sorry, this is relevant how? There's even a feature they're calling "Belinda's
Life, Times, and Men". Give me a break. Why not a feature on "Peter
McKay's crazy outbursts"? Surely that's what we're really talking
about... or we should be talking about.
And the comments...
What an appalling display of vicious misogyny. Some samples below the
cut, if you can stomach them:
G&M you really scooped CNN on this one. What's next....Tie is ready to
defend Belinda's honour?
Peter McKay...you are my new hero! And #3...I like
it...pay-per-view, one night only: Domi versus McKay, winner take dog!
Hilarious riposte by MacKay. People should get serious about
serious matters. This is not a serious matter.
Throw Belinda Stronach a bone and see what happens. It
worked for Paul Martin.
I guess he knows what he's talking about. The way portrays
herself in public? Imagine how she is behind closed doors. 'Dog'? Maybe
nope but the word describing the female dog? Wellll......
